Born in Bushwick, and raised in New York, Philip is now buying and selling homes for his clientele in the neighborhoods he has grown to love. As a homeowner himself, Philip believes in the satisfaction of property ownership and the benefits of real estate as an investment vehicle. He has an acute sense of design, and renovation, having been involved with every last detail in his own homes over the years. He is an analytical, competitive, and straightforward professional thanks to over 20 years spent on Wall Street. In college, Philip majored in Banking, Real Estate, and Insurance which gives him an unparalleled understanding of all markets while servicing his clientele. When not working, Philip enjoys Crossfit, and travelling to Europe with family. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Joe Namath Charitable Foundation raising funds for numerous children's charities and nuerological research.
