Robert Stepanian

Robert most recently served as the Director of Capital Markets & Co-Founder of US Home Aggregation, where his primary responsibilities included fundraising, deal assessment and management and business development. He successfully created a platform to buy, renovate and rent Single Family Rental (SFR) homes in the southeastern USA. Prior, Robert was the CIO for a Family Office based in Michigan, investing in real estate. Previously Robert was a buy side advisor to Family Offices and private investors seeking off-market commercial properties in major cities across the country. Prior to that he was a Senior Vice President at Oberon Securities, a boutique investment bank, where he was Co-Head of Real Estate. In addition to his own deal flow, he originated deals for all bankers across multiple sectors including consumer products, technology, renewables & real estate. He was also Managing Partner with Greenwich Strategic Capital, LLC, where he acted on an agency basis for both commercial and residential debt transactions, and consulted to growth companies. Robert started his career at Prudential Bache Securities over 30 years ago. Since then he has owned and operated a number of companies in the marketing/branding, manufacturing, importing and technology spaces. Robert is a talented capital markets professional, with a proven track record of raising capital, deal origination, business development, and strategic planning. Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bentley University in 1989. He resides in West Palm Beach, FL & is an avid outdoorsman & car enthusiast.
