Royya Osouli

A born and raised Texan, Royya Osouli moved to New York City after graduating from Texas A&M University with degrees in International Studies and Spanish.

Royya’s professional career began at Industrious, a coworking business offering elevated experiences with locations across the globe. She started out as an Operations Associate, learning the ropes of NYC and the hospitality industry at Industrious’s Union Square location. Later, she was promoted to a newly created role within the sales team as a Membership Associate. Shortly after, Royya was trusted with pioneering the restructuring of said role to its later final state as Sales Associate.

After her time with Industrious, Royya was recruited to work for Sage Realty Corporation, serving as a founding member of their on-site Member Experience department. As a Membership Experience Manager for Sage’s Third Avenue Properties, Royya successfully launched and managed Oasis, a 7,000 sq ft amenity space; orchestrated monthly event programming to enrich the work lives of Sage Members, and led marketing initiatives to increase tenant engagement in the Sage Connected App and email marketing campaigns.

Royya has since embarked on the journey to become a Real Estate Salesperson in NYC - having gone through the ups and downs of the co-op purchasing process herself, Royya quickly fell in love with the world of residential real estate.
