Sam Khan

Sam Khan is known for his dependable demeanor and unwavering commitment to his clients. Born in Mumbai, he was drawn to the scenic landscape of the East End and relocated there after residing in New York City for nearly a decade and quickly became an integral part of the Hamptons’ vibrant year-round community. He currently lives in Southampton with his wife, Emma, who was born and raised in the Hamptons, and their two young children.

A perceptive entrepreneur, Sam brings shrewd business acumen from his several years as a small-business owner to his career as a real estate agent. He developed a thorough understanding of business administration as a student at the University of Alabama and gained a deep appreciation for the value of hard work as a manager and proprietor in the food service industry. He intimately understands the sense of pride that comes with finding the right place to call home and applies his steadfast work ethic toward assisting others in finding theirs.

Driven by his passion for helping others, Sam is dedicated to learning about and serving his clients’ unique needs and real estate goals. In his spare time, Sam can be found fishing in Southampton, cooking sumptuous Indian meals at home, and enjoying the Hamptons’ pristine beaches with his family.
