Thomas is a two-decade-long resident of New York City, having lived in SoHo, Williamsburg, Long Island City and now his forever home -- Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan.

He spent the first half of his career working internationally in the contemporary art field -- evolving private collections as a buyer's broker, curator and representative of UNESCO-recognized exhibitions across Scandinavia and the United States.

Thomas brought his dedication to detail, aesthetic and ambition to the real estate industry and quickly ascended from leasing walk-ups to delivering winning offers on behalf of earned buyers, representing sellers and new condominium developments around the city resulting $3M+ in volume within his first year as an agent. He delivers an exceptional level of service and is passionate about the "meeting of the minds" and diplomatic acumen required in hosting seamless transactions.

He holds an M.A. from Konstfack University of Art and Design in Stockholm and a dual B.A. in History of Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to being a professional bassist, active cook and former left-handed pitcher, he currently serves as a regional Ambassador to the University of Oslo. He is a member of REBNY (The Real Estate Board of New York) and ASCAP (American Society of Composers and Producers).
