Yadira Bataz

Yadira studied Marketing and Advertising at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. Upon graduating, Yadi immediately moved to Hollywood, California, where she pursued studies in English as a second language, Business Management, pre-production, and Production in Film and TV at UCLA Extension, alternating her studies with work at the only bilingual television station, KJLA, developing her acquired skills.

Returning to Mexico in 2006, Yadira continued her education with a degree in Interior Design. In 2008, Yadira opened a decoration gallery and resumed the family real estate business that had shaped her since she was 4 years old, taking over the management of the business in 2008.

Yadira then pursued postgraduate studies, graduating with honors with the best GPA of her Master's generation in Business Administration and Management in 2016. Upon graduation, Yadi entered the Real Estate profession, working with 2 Agencies in La Paz for 3 years before opening her own firm, Sunshine Realty Mexico, in 2018 in Baja California Sur with Real Estate License #2 in the entire state (RAPI BCS 0002).

An active member of AMPI since 2017, Yadi is an active associate in the La Paz and Los Cabos sections, where she voluntarily served as the director of the AMPI Los Cabos global committee in 2022 and 2023, representing the northwest region of the country and Mexico in various international trade missions.

Currently studying an International Ph.D. in Political and Social Sciences, also Yadi holds the position of secretary of the board of directors of the AMPI LOS CABOS 2024 section, with a focus on education and continuous training for members, promoting values for professional real estate consultancy in Baja California Sur and Mexico, as well as providing the necessary tools for excellence in customer service.

Yadi holds the CIPS designation by the National Association of Realtors (Certified International Property Specialist), Luxury Listing Specialist, ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) by REBI (Real Estate Business Institute).
