My professional journey kicked off in the real estate world back in 2008, right in the heart of the financial crisis. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, I was thrown into the deep end, but I quickly learned to swim. Amidst the market's chaos, I discovered the power of visual storytelling. I started using graphic design to make my listings stand out, creating marketing materials that didn't just sell properties but told a story about them. This wasn't just a side skill; it was the beginning of something bigger.
Diving deeper into graphic design, I soon found myself fully immersed in the creative arts. My real estate background gave me a unique perspective; I wasn't just designing for beauty but for effectiveness. I worked on various projects, from branding to digital media, always with an eye on how design could influence decisions, much like how I approached selling homes.
But my journey didn't stop there. After years of playing with pixels and palettes, I felt a pull towards another passion of mine: fitness. This led me to create "Foreseeing Primate," a venture that was more than just a fitness business; it was about transforming lives. In my classes, I brought the same energy and community spirit I had nurtured in real estate and design. The focus was on holistic health, combining physical exercise with motivation and personal development, turning fitness into a journey of self-discovery.
Now, I've returned to real estate, but I'm not the same agent I was in 2008. With NestSeekers International in LA, I'm not only a Licensed Real Estate Agent but also serve as the Director of Marketing and Operations for the Beverly Hills branch. This role allows me to blend my design skills with strategic oversight, shaping how we market properties and manage our operations. My design background enables me to market properties in ways that resonate with today's buyers, telling a story through each listing. My time with "Foreseeing Primate" taught me about human motivation and community, skills I now use to connect with clients on a deeper level.
My journey through real estate, graphic design, and fitness has been one of continuous learning and adaptation. Each phase has enriched my approach to real estate, making me not just an agent but a storyteller, a motivator, and an innovator in how I envision and sell the dream of home.
