If nature is the protagonist, then nature is the lead character in our lives.  Equally, we can take the protagonist to be that nature advocates for a way of life. This phrase is embedded, deep rooted within the foundations of ARK Architects Architects whom I discovered in The Seven,  La Gran Reserva Sotogrande, as I represent extraordinary luxury sustainable design Nest Seekers International

The Seven, are described as masterpieces, comprising seven individual architectural designs each one a work of art. The architects appointed are from Brazil, Norway, The Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and England, each villa unique in their design reflecting their different architects' approaches to the landscape.

Manuel Ruiz Moriche Co-Founder of ARK Architects is described by Forbes Magazine as the architect of sustainable and silent luxury, we see this in the NIWA VIlla , the largest of The Seven Villa’s whereby the design seeks out nature as its quiet champion of calm.

“ All my creations have a dialogue with the environment” states Manuel Ruiz Moriche. We see this clearly In the design of The NIWA Villa, named after the Japanese for garden as interiors, courtyards and exterior spaces take their instruction from nature.  As this masterpiece is sculpted,  it takes its form from the landscape and its prompts from the sky, using the natural light as the chiaroscuro, to blur the lines between interior and exterior living.

By designing through working with the light, the climate,  and the topography, the sustainable design can take its narrative from the landscape's answers to the questions the architects asked of it. ARK Architects are also conscious of how they can answer the environment, by giving back.

Within sustainable construction, natural materials are used and carefully considered within the thermal quality and building envelope. With solar orientations and high efficiency systems of; solar energy, ventilation, underfloor heating and air conditioning this villa has maximum energy efficiency. With elements such as the reuse of rainwater, this villa strives to have minimal impact on the environment.

This masterpiece is in dialogue with nature as the protagonist and centred around the essence of a garden, it is designed over two floors. It boasts; a master suite, two guest suites, four junior suites, eight bathrooms and two service suites within an apartment.. There is also a home office, multiple living rooms and an expansive kitchen. This property has a gym, a spa, and indoor and outdoor infinity pool. .The property has  terraces and courtyards which are a key aspect of the design, as it develops a relationship with its inhabitants and the landscape advocating for a different way of life.
