Alexandre Simonin

Alex, passionate about real estate and properties, started building his own property portfolio at the age of 18. Managing more than 20 of his own properties, in 2018 Alex launched a property development company and in 2020 a second company managing car rentals in the south of France. Alex works regularly with both individual investors and large scale property developers.

Raised in the Var, in the south of France, Alex’s extensive knowledge of the region in general and the French Riviera in particular is a commercial advantage, helping his clients acquire the house of their dreams on the French Riviera.

Prior to returning to his native France, Alex lived in London for 7 years, working for startups and established companies. As a Sales and Operations manager, Alex was in charge of building teams, growing markets and creating efficiencies in Ops processes.

Alex is fluent in English and French.
