Daniel was a fantastic broker. Unlike many I've worked with in Manhattan, he listened to what I wanted and showed me places that were on point with what I was looking for. I went a little above my intended budget, but Daniel was never pushy about it and he helped me find a place that was no-fee in order to counter-balance the higher rent. Daniel placed my needs first, as his client, which was a welcome change to my normal broker experience in the area. He also dedicated a lot of time to working with me, which was also really appreciated. Daniel checked in with me after the lease was signed to make sure everything went smoothly- a nice commitment / follow-up that most brokers won't bother with once they collect their commission.
