We used Howard Henzel to find an apartment in the coveted West Village. He ended up showing us an apartment between Greenwich Street and W 11th. Not only was the one-bedroom multi-level, it had a private yard for the tenants to use. The apartment was beautiful and extremely well priced, completely undervalued in our opinion. Howard made everything simple, easy, and convenient for us. We had to break our lease due to relocation and Howard could not have been more pleasant to work with. We are currently living abroad but hoping to use Howard to find an investment property in the near future.
