Kevin was great — we hit the streets running after having a great phone touch base. We saw around 10 places and I was getting discouraged — we were already talking about regrouping and pulling more listing the next day. The last place we saw I walked in and knew I was home. I sent off my paperwork that night and by the next morning I had a lease to sign. He also negotiated $100 off my monthly rent. It was really nice to work with someone that was willing to keep trying to find what I wanted in an apartment — he didn’t ask me to change my parameters just kept working to find me a great place.
