Nahid helped me buy a house in Astoria, NY. He is an outstanding real estate agent, incredibly patient and professional, always putting his clients' best interests first. Nahid is highly energetic (very important for an agent, I think). His knowledge of the market and the process is impressive—it goes far beyond a typical real estate agent's expertise. He knows about legal matters, inspection potential, and other aspects of the buying and selling process. He offers great advice every step of the way. He's also very resourceful, always able to find a solid expert (legal, plumbing, anything) for my various house needs immediately. He was also able to show me houses that were not advertised yet, which is how I found my great home. The entire buying process went smoothly, with no hiccups or stress. Nahid is also super honest: if he sees a problem with a property, he'll tell you straight up and suggest you keep looking, no matter how much of his own time he's already spent on that property. In my case, we only toured properties he found because I didn't have time to do any research. So, he advised against some of his own finds, which I thought was amazing and refreshing. Even years after closing, Nahid has been there for me, helping answer my questions and providing honest advice and guidance. This shows just how dedicated he is to his clients and how much he enjoys what he does. It's no surprise that he's so successful and always busy— I think it is because his clients trust him and are comfortable to recommend him to their friends, relatives, anyone. My sister worked with him as well and shares my high opinion of Nahid, which is hard to earn since we are both extremely demanding and can’t stand incompetence, inauthenticity, and lack of energy. Nahid is a truly dedicated, honest, knowledgeable, resourceful, energetic, and easy-to-work-with real estate agent. He is also a very pleasant and intelligent human being. I definitely highly recommend Nahid.
