Paula was amazing to work with. We moved from abroad and she took all of the stress and leg work out of the home finding process by liaising with the different apartment buildings, taking walk through videos so we could virtually view apartments, and helping to negotiate an offer. Paula was super responsive to all of our requests and questions and made us feel like we were her top priority. I would 100% recommend Paula to anyone looking for an apartment in the city and we will definitely use her again once we decide to move.

Paula has proven to be very dedicated to her clients’ needs and wants and has shown great determination to not just find a home, but the dream home, which, in this particular instance was not an easy task.
She is very patient and pays attention to detail to ensure she’ll meet all her client’s requirements.
From my experience, Paula is very hard working, always responsive and will do anything in her power to get the deal done, but will at the same time communicate any possible issue or hurdle along the way very honestly and would provide alternative solutions and great advice on how to move past these right away.
All of the above is testament for Paula’s sound understanding of the real estate market coupled with many years of experience in working with clients and fellow real estate brokers.
I have been living in NYC for 26 years now and this has been the best experience I have had, stressing that this “deal” involved lots of pressure from both sides (owner and tenant).

Paula helped us finding our first own apartment in NYC. She knew the city like the back of her hand, came up with the best prospects, and made appointments to see places faster than we could even ask for. She listened to all of our wishes, exactly understood all of our needs, and drove our search as much as we did ourselves. She would notice many things we missed and provide advice and background information in her kind and charming way. We can without reservations recommend her. Anyone who is looking for a place to live in the city is in the best hands when she is at their side!

I had a great experience working with Paula McNulty to find my first apartment in NYC! Finding an apartment in NYC is typically a stressful process on its own, and to add to that, I was starting my search fairly last minute, while overseas, and had very specific requests. As soon as I landed back in the US, Paula had already set up a day of apartment viewings based on my initial criteria. While none of these apartments felt like the perfect fit, the variety of listings we saw provided a good overview of what was out there. Paula was more than helpful in setting up another day of viewings, where I ultimately found my perfect apartment.

I was super stressed out trying to find an apartment by myself. Paula was AMAZING. She took both myself and my parents out on Saturday and even hired a driver since it was a dreadfully hot day. We went and saw 6 places and we found an awesome apartment! :)
Dear Paula: I would like to thank you for your conscientious and successful efforts in leasing our condominium apartment. I have not previously worked with a broker who was so constantly and instantaneously available. You responded to all my queries and comments and kept our lines of communication open, even when the other broker left for the Labor Day weekend and was unavailable to us or his client. Finally, you made sure that we had access to you even when you went to dinner on your own wedding anniversary. We congratulate you on recognizing that the other broker was procrastinating and that his client was not serious or engaged, and for finding us a qualified tenant. You can be sure that when this lease ends we will return to you for assistance in finding a new tenant.
