A tenacious property professional with an extensive decade of experience in a wide range of
property sales, from listed country manor houses right through to understanding new construction.
Susan is passionate about architecture, bringing both a creative and ambitious mindset, to
successfully selling property with grit, artistry, and integrity. Accomplished through the ability to
develop robust client relationships and partnerships. Using the experience of working with HNW
clients through to the most vulnerable in society. Balancing empathy with an astute understanding for
business goals.

Propelling Susan to this point studying “Sustainable Real Estate: Creating a Better Built
Environment,” with Cambridge University. A provocative course, collaborating with other global real
estate delegates. This ignited the aspiration to promote great sustainable design within real estate.
Achieved by working directly with developers in new construction, or through highlighting the
attributes of a repurposed/reused building for inspired living space. Also, in working with clients
to find the properties that match their requirements and sustainable goals.Fueled personally by
showcasing luxury sustainable design at its best.

Now, as an agent of change in partnership with ‘trailblazing’ Nest Seekers International she is
working with purpose’ endorsing their passion for the extraordinary by "Looking at Luxury Through the
Lens of Sustainability".

Endorsing Nest Seekers International bespoke client care and drive for developing both local and
international lasting relationships.Excited also, to be part of such a diverse global team.

Prior to a decade in property sales, the foundations for Susan’s Entrepreneurial spirit were
established in Fashion Styling, Art, and Choreography, much of which explored city architectural
space and pioneering social inclusion projects. The choreographic work included London based
performances at The Place, Tate Modern, The Royal Festival Hall, Whitechapel Gallery, Channel Four
Television and Modern Art Oxford. She worked alongside the UK's award-winning choreographers, Siobhan
Davies Dance Company, Rambert Dance Company, and Birmingham Royal Ballet to extend professional
dance training for all. Susan created collaborative partnerships both in New York and the UK, including working

at The Metropolitan Museum and Modern Art New York.
